Kaspersky icon in notification area

I have been using kaspersky for a while and I dont generally reboot my computer often...

but whenever I do kaspersky magically re-appears in the notification area even though I have specified for it to be hidden regardless of active or inactive status...

is there a way for me to make it NOT appear?

it is an annoying little icon to say the least...

the attached imgs show what is happening and also the settings I leave it at before I shut down my computer...

everything else in that list works flawlessly and does as I instruct it... if I hide kaspersky during a user-session it stays hidden till I boot shutdown/boot again...

What version is this ? 4.5.0.94 or 5.x ? Maybe it has a built-in prevention mechanism...

I still use 4.5.0.94, and hide icon when inactive option works fine with different icon (the red exclamation mark...)

5.0.124 is the version and I just got it a coupla weeks ago

I'll keep a look out for other suggestions m8...
