Just out of curiosity, how does it search for duplicates? Also, what criteria does it use to determine quality?

Quality is based on bitrate and samplerate.

Duplicate search for ... duplicated files ;-)

+ "Reforged" tool : Magic folder (should be more interesting now...)
+ Multiple file editor : now adds track number coresponding to the position in the file list
+ FreeDB results : The form can be resized
@ Context menu : asks to recurse subfolders.
@ GUI : "Browse for folder" is now opened centered.
@ Name Cleaner : Converting underscores to blank will no longer create 2 blanks if underscore is flollowed by a blank and "clean multiple spaces" is checked
@ Tags Cleaner : Converting underscores to blank will no longer create 2 blanks if underscore is flollowed by a blank and "clean multiple spaces" is checked
# Single file editor : GUI can now be resized without display bugs
# Organizer : No longer creates invalid path if tags have trailing dots
# Lister : crash when using "file size"

The "new" Magic Folder allows you to browse your audio library by artist, by album... very easily thanks to structured standard shorcuts that can be used by your favorite player !

Duplicate finder uses hashed (SHA-1) audio streams (audio content, not file name) to find duplicates.

Codecs will probably be used in quality analysis soon.

People @ HydrogenAudio do not like my products so they decided to ban me... well, that's not a problem for me but i really would like to go there in order to help people who need assistance with K-MP3 there ....

Love this program, have been using it for a little while now.

Only complaint is when I accidently selected all my files (about 3500) and took out all -'s. It's taking me ages to put them all back 🙁
