Jumper question

At the moment I had 2 drives 1 on master and 1 on slave.But what if I put both on cable select ? Is there a different in speed ( transfer ) or which is better option ??

I would stick with them the way you have them. Cable select basically is suppose to allow the drives to be set master and slave based on how they are connected to the cable (think it has to be a "cable select" compatible cable though). Speed of the drives is not effected either way as this only effects which drive is master and which is slave (drive letters).
