Java issues

Anyone had any trouble with XP saying that java isn't installed? I was checking out some webcam sites...and as you know many use java to popup a window...well it refused to...I am confused I would have thought this was already a part of XP?

I think that might have something to do with microsoft virtual machine. Microsoft keep removing it & putting it back up at their site. Try there. If not try a search here when it is operational as there are links to it.
