Itunes plugins (windows)

Im looking for a few plug ins for itunes! I want them to be integrated so i dont have to run extra programs, so im looking for a lyric importer (auto import lyrics to songs playing) and a better random setting (the one sucks and always does the same crap even with it on less likely!). I remember a long time ago a program that would install over itunes and allow kick ass plugins, but i cant remember. The logo was a lego block with the itunes logo..any help would be rad!

its Mplugin but it only works with itunes 7.0.2!
