itune question again

I am a new itunes user ,I recently had to format my root drive ,containing only windows componates,all my music files are on a separate hdd,before format I had created my playlists in itunes,my question is how do proceed In importing my play lists into itunes all my previous play lists should be intact on my storage hdd?

I don't have iTunes anymore but i remember there is a menu where you can select import playlist. Also try right clicking on the panel where the playlists are, you might be able to select import there.
