it says test version down in the right side of the desktop when I install sp1

First of all, sorry for my bad english.

I have bought a used pc with xp installed. I think it's build 2600. Now when I've installed sp1 and wmp 9, it says that it's a test version down in the right side of the desktop. Could this be right. I bought it for more than 2 mths ago. I thought that the testversion would'nt last for so long?

Anything I can do about it?

That watermark "for testng purpose only" is there because you installed the beta of WMP9... Heres how you can remove it:

When installing WMP 9 it leaves a watersign on your desktop. You can easily remove this with:

regedit:

HKey_Local_Machine\SOFTWARE\microsoft\system certificates\CA\certificates\FEE449EE0E3965A5246F00E87FDE2A065FD89D4


HKey_Local_Machine\software\microsoft\system certificates\ROOT\certificates\2BD63D28D7BCD0E251195AEB519243C13142EBC3

Remove both lines and restart computer.
