Issues installing KB936181

hey guys, i m having some strange problem on my new laptop which is dell E1505 and its running Vista home premium. It shows me following update.
"Security Update for Microsoft XML Core Services 4.0 Service Pack 2 (KB936181)"

I have installed it many times and all were "successful" i tried to do it manual also and it got successful also. but after reboot or few minutes window update again start to show me the same message update is aviliable. Does anyone had this problem before if yes plz tell me how to resolve this thing?

  1. Go to MS Download site and download the Update, Save somewhere (Desktop).
  2. Add/Remove - Remove the Update.
  3. Go to Windows\System32 and remove msxml4.dll
  4. Run the Update you downloaded in Step 2
  5. Reboot
