Is this the right IDE Controller Card?

I don't have any spare IDE ports left and want to add another 2 IDE devices to my PC.

Is this what I need?

I'm unsure as to whether I need RAID or is that an optional feature of the card?

I plan on adding a 200GB HD to the controller card and a 2nd DVD Writer.

Also will the devices work just as fast from the PCI controller card as they do from the actual motherboard IDE interface?

I don't think it matters, but I'd set it as master.

Well I found out more info about the controller card I chose:

It says "Does not support cd or dvd drives"

What type of controller card do I need then that allows using a CD/DVD device and a HDD from the controller card?

I could.

So these controller cards only work with Hard Drives and not optical drives, even the Promise card?

I don't know if that goes for all cards, but it goes for many of them.
