I have never heard of anyone actually using the Windows uninstaller, it is a higher security risk than should be awarded the average user. I can hear it now if others actually realise it's there.
"My computer doesn't work" Why? "I unstalled windows as it was taking up too much space" Ahh, die a thousands horrible deaths and then throw yourself into a vat of boiling hot acid, please call again.
