It is definitely one of the better tweaking utilities. But as with every application of this kind you never know what it really does. So for later troubleshooting purposes it is always better to apply tweaks manually and keep a record.
Btw it is not a 30 days trial, but a 30 execution trial (they had 50 starts in previous versions). So if you don't start it unnecessarly after 30 tweaking sessions propably the next version is out and you can begin to test that one.
