I had a bandwidth question.

My operating system is WINDOWS 2000

Im running 19 computers on a t1. Is there a way to manual restrict each computers bandwidth? Like maybe around 40kbs Upload and download?

Reason i say this is when someone connects to kazza it kills the bandwidth to all the other comptuers etc.

We want to still have kazza running but in a controled manner.

If anyone here can help me with that I will greatly appreciate it.

Thank You PSX2000

Since the network is so "large" I'll ask you, do you have a domain controller? If you do and it's a Win2k as well you can enable QoS on it. This should enable you to distribute the bandwidth on the computers. I can't give you any details since I've never used it.

If you don't have a Win2k domain controller the answer is no.

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
