I think you can...right click on my computer>>>Managae>>>disk managment>>now change(right click and ten choose change)..but put in your mind that some programs won't run again.

but maybe you can look at partition magic its a very good program.

Yes, I think Partition Magic can do that. It has a utility called DriveMapper which should be able to change the drive letter for you. It will scan all system files and registry entries for program locations and will update those entries as well. So your software will work fine too.
