Irq_less or not_ equal

When i AM on the net Sometimes my pc crash and i see a blue screen(xp no blue screens? nah!) That says irq_less or not equal and its says you must restart your pc if you wont not to damage your pc Any solution?////???????????

Next time it happens get more details from the message if there are any. It's possible that this is caused by your NIC/modem drivers, if it only happens while you're online. If that's the case, check for the latest drivers, or try the WHQL drivers, and go from there.

and you might try moving your sound board away from any nic cards and away from the vid board, this tends to cause a conflict since the slot right next to the AGP slot share resources
