Internet Explorer Window Problem

Does anyone know how to make Internet explorer windows to open in the screen size. Now i have a problem where i will be surfing the net and "open in new window" option and the internet explorer window is 1 inch by 1 inch. Can i make it so that it opens larger then that like the standard size.

yeah i wanted to know this also for everyhint else not ie only becuase i like my programs to and explorer shell to be maximized and i hate it when i have to maximize it
i did it in folder options where every folder has to be like this one when this one was maximzed but nothing maybe its a registry setting?

Window resizing...

I have a similar problem, where I set the IE window sizes and either a pop-up or website resizes my window and I have to do it agian. Is there any way to stop a website or pop-up from resizing my windows. I know opera has this function, does IE ?
