Internet Explorer Security Questions

Is there any web site out there that list how to properly set up internet explorer? I already have Norton Internet Security 2005 and Norton System Works 2005 but I want to lock my internet explorer down as well for more security but with room to still watch QuickTime movies and browse the web comfortable. With out having to answer yes and No to every single web page I view.



Anyone know of a good site with tutorials?
