Why is it that every time i visit a webpage (mostly webpages on angelfire, tripod, or geocities or sometimes others) it gives me a run-time error and asks me if i want to debug?!?!? i have a feeling its a win xp problem.... if someone could help me with this i'd appreciate it..

Internet Options - advanced - check: Disable scriptdebugging ... but be careful .... "Internet Explorer is Evil"...

No I was just referring to Mr Ass's avatar, being astonished that he uses IE. I myself use IE most of the time, but also like Opera and I am trying Mozilla. ;) But you never know perhaps really evil inside  http://toastytech.com/evil/

IE can't be all that bad. If you check one of the links on the front page over 90% of the people here use it.

Mozilla all the way baby!!!

=)

Ppl use IE cause its there and they don't know about the superior alternatives =)

Try these in Mozilla and IE. They are simple tests using normal standards compliant code, with absolutely no proprietry code,

So how many pages can't you see in IE?

(Make sure you are using at least moz 1.0, or higher)

mmm... n00b PNG transparency effects MS style.

I tried Mozilla on your recommendation - & it was really slow at loading the pages ????

IE loaded the page in half the time
& as usual the page loaded even quicker using My AOL browser

that was after clearing both AOL & IE caches

thats cause IE doesn't load them properly... u notice the PNG examples???

They weren't even transparent!!!

Of course it'll load faster if its not doing the job

well being on 56k think I'll stick to quicker less efficient browser's

thanx but no thanx

;)

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
