Internet Explorer problem

I was wondering if there is a way to resize explorer screen. I know the minimize button, but that is not what I am talking about. The toolbar is the normal size, but everything below that is like twice as big as it should be. It is horrible to look at. My resolution has not changed. 1024X768. I don't know of anything that I could have done to change this. Please tell me how to get it back to normal.

If you have a Wheel Mouse
hold down the Ctrl Key and roll the wheel on your mouse
and hey presto

view -> text size -> pick one
(same as above without wheel mouse)

HEHE I feel stupid.

I found the size after I posted. Something had resized my screen. The View/text size was the cure. As always thanks for the assistance.
