Internet Explorer Page Margin Error

For some strange reason my margins when i print papers from internet explorer have gone to 0 so the pages look weird. I keep reentering the .75 in the feilds so that the pages will print out correctly, but its like it resets after i close internet explorer. Anyone know how to solve this problem? Also it changes for some pages cause them to print out with the wording going of the page.

I went into regedit and changed the margins in page setup in the registery, but they dont change.
