Internet Explorer Issue

I have been trying for a while to figure this issue out. If I change my homepage, after a bit it returns to the MSN page. I have checked it using
hi-jack this and found nothing out of the ordinary. Run ad-aware and spybot several times a day, nothing there.
The exact page it reverts to:
http://www.microsoft.com/isapi/redir.dll?prd=ie&pver=6&ar=msnhome

Any ideas would be helpful.

You wouldn't happen to have MSN would you? perhaps M$ plan to keep you from chaning homepage from there defualt.
