Ok guys, please bear with me. My cousin gave me this description of his problem and I don't know what the problem is just by him explaining it. As always he tends to complain that his computer is slow... I personally think he wants it to be faster than it can go, because everytime I look at it, it's fine... in any case, he states that Internet Explorer has been running slow, it makes the computer run slow. And now, everytime he double clicks the icon for Internet Explorer, it immediately comes up that this program has suffered from an error [I forget that canned message, but you know it, close or submit a bug report, etc], and the program just refuses to open.
Now, without me being able to look at it and scan for some spyware or anything, I've seen this problem occur before and haven't really found a cause for it. What causes this? Is there any one thing in particular that can cause this to happen?
Thanks!
