That's why I ignored it when EP broke the story earlier.

Then again, if you unzip it and run IE7-Setup.exe then it should work without the Yahoo! bloat.

Well I'll let you guys know my thoughts once I've used it. I just got it installed 2 minutes ago. It seems to be smoother and faster than firefox (but then again I have a session manager in firefox so I have 5 websites loading in different tabs from the start), and I'm glad they finally nailed the PNG transparency.

That's all I've noticed so far. Still not very accustomed to the new UI.

OK So I cheated and installed it on my work laptop, may have to un-install before going home...

I love it so far, it is crazy fast, the UI is amazing and I think the tabs are tighter wrt integration.

I'll have to play, but WOW what a difference vs IE6
