I am having trouble downloading using BT. I have looked about for an answer and have been told to check incoming/outgoing connections to see how many there are . I have used the netstat -n command but it just flashes up and closes before i can see it, is there any other way to find this out.
ok ,just managed to get the stats.AS ATTACHED.

I have the program connected on port 61000, but why are the others connected at various port at the top of the list.

Start, run, cmd.

Brings you to command prompt. now use netstat -n
it won't disappear on ya. ;)

Thanks Mastershakes, thats what i did to get the results but, why are they connecting through the 1971-2066 ports when i have told it to use 61000?

The port you set is the OUTBOUND port.

You could try NatCheck to check your port forwarding and setup of BitTorrent.
