Internet address

I know if you type in something like" yahoo" and then press CTRL and ENTER, it completes the address for you I.E the .com part. Is there a way for me to do this for .co.uk addresses or program it to do it with SHIFT and ENTER.

maybe it's too late but in this website they announced a little app that can assing almost anything to any keyboar key and one of the thing you could make was to type something with a certain keystroke so you could add your .co.uk with it. The problem is that i can't find it on the site so you could ask for a name or a link to news posters.
