Intel Deluxe PC Camera

HI. I have an Intel Deluxe pC Camera. I got the update software for the camera from intel so it would work with windows XP. But... it does not. The software installs... but when i try to open up snapsnot or something similar, the video comes on for a sec... then just freezes, and the whole program crashes. WHen i use intel's xp drivers, the cam works with netmeeting, not the software. If i use xp's drivers, it doesn't work with anything. I downloaded version 2.0 of the software and still no luck. Can anyone help?

Can you explain the process in which you installed the software and camera to see if i am doing something wrong?
