Instant Messager Problem

Anyone else have this problem...With Instant Messager..


I can send files out fine, but i can't seem to receive any???

What could be the problem???

Windows XP PRO, service pack installed..


This is driving me crazy... i have looked at all the setting in IM, and i can't see anything that i can change to fix the problem...
