Fixed Instant Message Subscriptions

I am not receiving the Instant messages for subscriptions that i am subscribed to anybody know of why this might be?

I am forwarding it to a cogeco.ca account if that makes any difference

Could you send me a private message with your email address that you are currently sending it to, and the one you are forwarding it to, so that I can check if this is on our end, or your end?
