Having installed win xp I am having the following error

I am having trouble installing my broadband drivers for my ADSL modem.after starting the installation, almost immediately I get the following errors

FDX310 MODEM DRIVER
Application support file could not be installed



Catastrophic Failure.


It sounds terminal which is a shame aseverything else seems to be ok

have you checked with the maker of your modem to see if they put out any XP drivers for it?
