Installing Programs?

I just built a new PC for my Neice and Nephew. I just finished installing Xp, I gave each child a seperate login and installed each one of their personal files for them under their user logins.
I am not familiar with the login system, I have always had my own PC.. I need to start installing their programs which they both use Word, winamp ext. Where do I install ? do I do it as an admin?
Will they both have them in their program settings?
Please help

Install them as administrator and then go to each account and make sure it runs ok. Some programs require entering serial numbers and the like under each new account.
