Installed DirectX9...now where is IT!?!?!

ok, well hmm.. I installed Dx9, i have a folder in program files called DirectX, and a folder in there called setup that is empty

I have a folder c:\windows\system32 called Directx with a folder in there called Dinput...Now.. where is my setup so I can check my things??? I cant find it.. it also did this with my other versions...
