Install Shield Buggered!!

I cant install this game add on nor anything else, this is the error I get

Ive got another novalogic product which I just downloaded from there site and this has the same problem, same error code to. Im struggling to find anything on the net that can help and Ive never had this error before? STUMPPED (

SORTED NOW, turned out to be 2 problems, 1 was the intall shield exe in my system 32 folder, then the dreaded sysdump text error was caused by a poor power connector on my fx9500. :lick: :laugh:
