Install.log errors

I'm having trouble uninstalling any applications that use the Wise for Windows installer. The uninstallation process will just puke and spit out a "Cannot find INSTALL.LOG" error.

I've tried using the add/remove control panel applet, and also clicking unwise.exe in the program's directory. The file actually does exist within the directory, so I can't figure out what's going on.

Anyone had similar problems?

No problems here and im always installing programs...

The only thing to do is reinstall the same program and then try uninstall it


What is the programs name ?

I've already tried that, but to no avail. It doesn't pertain to any individual program == basically all those that rely on the Wise Installer such as ZoneAlarm.

I have a feeling it might be some kind of corrupt registry entry, so I've contacted the makers of the installation programs.
