Insert Image With WordPerfect?

Hello!

Every time I try to "Insert" --> "Graphics" --> "From File.." in WordPerfect 11 it says that the file could not be opened or read. Why Is this? and is there anything that can be done about it!? Thanks for any help! 😎

Its just a .jpg file

i just go to the graphic file and copy and paste it into my wordperfect document.
