Infected DLL

I'm using McAfee 7 and it detected that my explorer.dll and plugin32.dll are infected with trojans(backdoor). Is it safe to delete them? I've quarantined explorer.dll but not plugin32.dll. It said "Access was denied".

Does mcaffee tell you the name of the trojan. If so try a search to find out how to get rid of it.
