incredimail 2 outlook

Is there a way to transfer my emails from incredimail across to outlook, i have tried a few things but cannot see the easy way

there is'nt anyway to do it .. You will also knotice when you uninstall incredimail you will not be able to use another default email client, because it will be looking for the incredimail extensions that don't get uninstalled with it.. This is one of many reasons I will not use the Incredimail client. There is an incredimail addon for outlook, but that won't make a diff now.
