Increasing Bandwidth

I'm trying to log on as an administrator so I can change my bandwidth reserve settings. It keeps saying my password is invalid even though I followed directions to leave it blank and hit ok. What am I doing wrong? Can anyone help me?

I presume you're refering to QoS which only limits your bandwidth if you are using a QoS enabled connection (which I haven't heard of anyone having yet) so it most likely won't make a differece.

However, if you are using XP Home then your admin account might be disabled, you have to boot in safemode to use it, you can enable it from there, to allow you to login from normal mode.

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
