please read about this security issue, and then download this program to address the issue.

warning, when you do run the program, make sure you don't delete some of the important records which you need for your personal use, ie, I do not delete recent history, recent documents, and other cookie type of information that I rely on

I’ve been using spybot for quite some time now and it’s pretty good. But make sure you configure it correctly or all or some of your cookies won’t be updated when required which can cause problems. This programme has caused me more than a few problems because I did not read the instruction properly.
