Import/Export Address Book

I want to put the names and addresses from my "Hotmail" account to my "Outlook Express" in Windows XP.
I have tried the "Import/Export" feature, but I don't fully understand how to do this.
Can someone explain in very easy terms and in plain english how to do this?

I don't believe this is possible seeing as hotmail is a webbased client and outlook is POP3 and the address book is not stored on your local HD. I messed around with the import/export options in outlook and could not find anyway of importing your stuff from your hotmail web account, sorry man

if i'm wrong please correct me, but I searched and couldn't find anything =o(
