IE7 not installing an activex

There is a site I go to for playing games but the site is in a foriegn language. The issue is that when I am trying to install this one activex for the off-line part of the game, It won't install it. I push Install and I don't get the box that is supposed to come up. I even tried having it auto accept the site but it won't. Is there a way I can get it installed or is there possibly something wrong with my IE or something?

Have you tried using firefox for this particular site? Just to see if you get any errors with firefox?

It doesn't work with Firefox as it complains about an ActiveX not being installed.
