IE6-The Everchanging Browser

Every time I set my IE6 toolbar and lock it ,it changes it around, or removes icons. It still shows "locked", but invariably alters it every few days,so i have to re-customize it.
It did the same thing when I upgraded my old ME system from IE5.5
Anyone any ideas? It's getting annoying.
I know you shouldn't sweat the small stuff, but.........😕

got a great Idea dump M$ and go with opera fast as hell with real java not the virtual m$ stuff. been working for me for quite some time
