IE6 Slowdown when movie links are clicked

The movie links are those of window media, and these links do not bring up the player directly but rather, there is a small screen on a pop-up window with play buttons for viewing....(Something like plugin, I guess) An example include those movies available on Gamespot.

Anyone can help me solve this?

It usually asks you if thats the way you want to play them

To fix - go to Tools > internet options > Click the advanced tab > Scoll down to multimedia > An check the first box "Dont display online media in the media toolbar"

Hit Apply and you should be fine 🙂
