IE tweak

i know this tweak was up here
ive had it before but cant seem to find it anymore.
i have IE shortcuts on my desktop to certain webpages
and when double click them i want them to open a new IE.. without this tweak it will just use any previousally opened IE page and just load over what was there...
help
anyone know what im talking about?

tools -> internet options -> advanced -> untick box "reuse windows for launching shortcuts"

or in the address bar you see an icon. if you drag that icon to your desktop it will create a shortcut for you.
