IE "jumping" from window to window???

Sorry if this is a very trivial question. Did a search but couldn't find anything on this....

Is there a way to keep IE from jumping to a second (or third, or...) window??

This happens to me all the time. I open IE in multiple windows. But every time something "happens" in one of the windows, IE switches to that window. No matter what I am doing in the former active window. Very annoying when you are reading something, typing an URL, things like that.

The strangest thing is that I never expecinced this thing until I re-intalled XP a few days ago.

Any thoughts?

There's a setting in the general section of TweakUI that will disallow windows from "stealing focus". Perhaps you had TweakUI installed previously.
