IE Favorites question

So when you first add your favorites you get nice icons. I believe those are saved in the temp internet files? And eventually get replaced, which is why you lose them after a while, correct me if i am wrong. But my question is, is there an easy way to keep these icons, cause they make it so much easier to navigate with icons.

You would need to make a folder and place the favicon.ico in it then change the icon for the favorite to the one in the folder.

If the icons are no longer in your temporary files just go to the site of the favorite then select view source in IE and you should see the URL for the icon.

you could increase your history size, or you could download a great little program called "favorg"
