IE 6 & temp internet files

I have checked (under internet options) advance>security>empty temporary internet files folder when browser is closed --
but here is the problem it dosen't empty the folder, I've tried to check and uncheck then recheck nothing... anybody know what could be the problem as to why IE 6 will not emply its temp folder.

Yea, my Delete Cookies, doesn't delete all my cookies...It keeps some of them...

I just manually do it, once in a while...

Fixed it

I guess IE6 still thinks it is on Win98 - as most of you may / or maynot know your temp and temporary internet files are stored under your used profile and not in the windows directory as in win98. By moving the temporary internet file folder back to the windows directory the problem is fixed. So now when I exit IE all the temp internet files are deleted.

It doesn't delete the cookies.
I have noticed at times that it doesn't delete the othet files but other times it does??

I use this:
Accessories / System Tools, select Disk Cleanup.
