IE 6.0 Popup Window Problem!!!

Whenever a popup window comes up after applying Micorosft's latest security patch of IE 6, I don't see anything. I don't mind not seeing some of the ads but when I click on a link and only a blank window pops up, this is a real problem. Any one have a fix?
