ICS speed

I have just set up a network to a different PC. THe main is 98se and I have my XP pc cliented off of it. However, the speed seems very slow. My little icon that shows the transfer speed says its at 10 mbps.. Isnt this the slowest speed? Can I adjust it to go faster?

Have you got a 10/100 Network card ?

If you are using the drivers which come bundled with XP , go and download the latest drivers from your cards manufacturer
