Icq

I dont know if its my computer or the program itself...but when i run icq...i cant see messages from certain people...is it because they have an older version icq..whereas i have a new one? i tried changing the font color/background but nothing works...any suggestions?

I know other people that have had the same problem before, the only way they were able to fix it was to uninstall icq and then reinstall it.
