ICQ Pro 2003a build #3800? Always on top?

Hey guys, does anybody else have this problem? I tried everything to fix it, and nothing works. Someone even suggested that maybe contents in the folder are read only, although I applyed to the folder that nothing in it is read only. =( I'm out of ideas and ICQ hasn't released a new patch, I was wondering if anyone else has fixed it.

what do u mean??
u mean the icq always showing on top??
if so, go to preferences, contact list and untick "icq window, when opn, always........"

To elaborate on the problem, this always happens when the program first opens up. Then when you go to set it to off, it's already off, or at least unchecked, then you click it again, it remains unchecked but then shuts off... I don't know why it would keep doing it, and of course whenever I find a problem with a program, it's really slow in getting a new patch to fix it.
