Icons in system tray

I like to have motherboard monitor running in the system tray. I select the "always show" option, but after a while it keeps changing back to "hide when inactive" and the icon promptly disappears. How do I keep the "always show" option for this icon as a permanent setting?

This is a bug with XP that has been around since the first beta's. I'm not sure if everyone had this problem but I always have, even with clean installs it's still the same. If there is a fix for it I havn't found it lol

Right click on the taskbar and go to properties, click on customize and choose which programs you want to hide when inactive, always hide or always show.

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
